Christopher Basso is an attorney licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as the District Court for the Federal District of Massachusetts.  Attorney Basso graduated from Emmanuel College with a BA in 2007.  While attending the Massachusetts School of Law, Attorney Basso interned at the Massachusetts Appeals Court for the Honorable Justice Peter W. Agnes.  He also interned for his future employer – Erkan & Associates.  During that time, Attorney Basso developed a passion for vindicating the rights of those subject to the oppressive force of government.  He believes that everyone deserves an advocate in their corner, and more importantly, that everyone deserves a second chance, even if they have made mistakes.  Since joining Erkan & Associates as an attorney in June of 2016, he has fought on behalf of our clients in the District and Superior Courts of Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and District Court in the State of New Hampshire.  His commitment to criminal defense and his meticulous preparation make him a valuable asset to all of our clients.

In 2015, Attorney Basso graduated magna cum laude from the Massachusetts School of Law, and he was admitted to practice in 2016.
